It’s that time of year again – Advent is just around the corner, and this year we were delighted to have a special collaboration with the Augustinum. At short notice, we were able to obtain handmade Advent wreaths from the Hollern nursery, which were created with a lot of love, care and a high degree of inclusion in the Augustinum workshops.

These wreaths are more than just Christmas decorations. They stand for real values: Sustainability, social responsibility and the impressive work of people who work in the Augustinum workshops. Each wreath is unique – from the selection of branches to the decoration with natural materials, everything has been designed with dedication.

But this collaboration is just one part of our long-standing partnership with the Augustinum. For years, we have been working with the Hollern nursery to make offices not only greener, but also more vibrant. With customised planting concepts and a great deal of creativity, the nursery brings a piece of nature into everyday working life – and shows how sustainability and aesthetics can go hand in hand.

The workshops: quality with a social heart

The workshops are at the heart of the Augustinum. Here, people with physical or mental disabilities create high-quality products in an appreciative environment – from handcrafted wood and metalwork to the beautiful Advent wreaths and creative gift ideas.

Employees receive regular training and therapeutic support to help them grow both professionally and personally. Particularly impressive is the TIP programme, which has been offering people with and without learning difficulties the opportunity to learn and work together for almost 50 years.

The Augustinum Group: an organisation that inspires

The Augustinum not only impresses with its workshops and nursery. In the educational facilities, children and young people are encouraged with heart and values such as respect, responsibility and humanity. At the same time, the organisation regularly provides insights into its diverse projects and everyday life on its social media wall – a transparency that inspires and excites.

Realising projects with heart together

The Advent wreaths that we were able to purchase from Augustinum this year are a great example of our long-standing collaboration. We greatly appreciate the fact that we not only receive sustainable and lovingly designed products such as these wreaths from Gärtnerei Hollern, but have also been working together for years to make offices greener and more vibrant.

In future, we would like to expand this collaboration even further and plan to design our gifts together with the Augustinum every year. It is important to us to support projects that embody real values such as sustainability and inclusion, even during the Christmas season.
